Enroll your child at Truro Preschool and Kindergarten.
It is our desire that TPK students thrive as they learn and grow throughout their time here. Our goal is that each child knows how loved they are by God and by us, and that mindset guides all we do here at TPK.
We will begin receiving applications for the 2025-26 school year beginning January 13th, 2024. On or after the 13th, please click the link below to start your application process. This link will connect you to our student management platform via the inquiry form.

Upon submission of the inquiry form, TPK will follow up with an invoice for the application fee. Once the application fee has been paid, TPK will send you the official application form.
Please note that the TPK office is closed for the month of July. We will be periodically checking emails and applications and will be in touch to facilitate next steps as soon as we’re able.

Preschool at TPK is a wonderful opportunity for children to learn in a fun and engaging environment. Our developmental, play based program allows children to experience learning on their level in both structured, teacher-led activities and their own creative play.

Why kindergarten at TPK?
Kindergarten at TPK is a unique and delightful experience. It is a place for kindergarteners to continue to learn and thrive in a familiar environment with small classes and hands on, play based learning. The curriculum for kindergarten is more structured than our preschool classes, meeting all the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) while still allowing children the beauty of creative learning, encouraging critical thinking, healthy community, and problem solving.
We believe that there is high value in our kindergarten program:

Many of our kindergarteners have the benefit of having been at TPK throughout their preschool years and join the ranks of kindergarten with an air of achievement that bolsters their confidence and learning success. We also invite newcomers in our kindergarten class, and they integrate easily into the welcoming environment of our kindergarten community.

Truro is an amazing school--our kids have grown tremendously socially, spiritually, and intellectually since they've been there. TPK has been a huge blessing for our family, and we have been so lucky to have our two girls, ages 3 and 5, at this wonderful school. The teachers and office leadership are incredibly focused on the well-being, safety, and development of their students, and our children are thriving in this environment. We have loved the warm and safe environment at TPK, full of play and hands-on learning. Even the playground has creative play, like tree stump balance beams and a wooden kitchen, in addition to a full playground. Our kids have been fully prepared for Kindergarten, both academically and socially, and we especially love that the good news of Jesus is taught throughout and overflows in the teachers and administration.
